It's important to note that the State of Pennsylvania excludes residential projects from Architect’s Licensure Law.
We have the philosophy that it’s important to remind the public and potential clients that we are not licensed architects. But, we are able to produce projects for residential use.
The designers involved with your project may have passed either the NOCTI – National Occupational Competency Testing Institute test for Architectural Drafting and Design or the NCBDC – National Council of Building Designer Certification.
Some simply have a number of years of experience producing the drawings used for Residential projects.
Some of the designers have been builders that know how a residential structure is built.
We have in some cases completed the Architect’s Intern Development Program in our goal to become licensed architects.
The work that GLOBE Residential Design Studio designer's produce conforms to all local and State building codes to get you a Building Permit.
We take our work very serious and make every effort to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public and our clients.
